download cygwin

During installation make sure that the perl and ImageMagick packages are checked for installation.

perl (from the Interpreters section)

imagemagick (from the Graphics section)

Then download the perl scripts from the other directory.

To use it you

open cygwin program, navigate to the folder with the image files and the perl script... and run the program
