Evolvulus Areolation
by Bob Harms (email-here)

In the U.S. Evolvulus species areolation with each taxon is moderately developed, with great variation in the shape and size of areoles, which are many–sided. The freely ending ultimate leaf veins (FEV) range from absent to 1–branched (rarely 2–branched). Areolation features do not seem to distinguish these taxa.
