Salt-marsh Morning Glory

Texas is blessed with over twenty species of native morning glories. These vines have attractive foliage and large, often brightly colored flowers that open early in the morning (hence the common name). This species is found near the coast along brackish marshes and moist areas of dunes, and scattered inland in moist saline soils near creeks.
