The Texas Native Bee Research Coordination Network works closely with the Texas Parks & Wildlife Department to inform native bee conservation by leveraging current research, promoting data sharing, and facilitating cross-disciplinary collaboration.

Our conservation goals include:
- Collaborate with state and federal agencies to inform priority taxa, geographic areas for research, and conservation/management recommendations.
- Work with collaborators to inform the state Species of Greatest Conservation Need list and State Wildlife Action Plans
- Update and inform documents related to management recommendations for native pollinator habitat.
- Work with TPWD on a strategic data collection campaign for Bombus genus to move toward conservation ready status for this group.
