The UT BIOS bootcamp will be held from August 22nd – August 25th. The UT BIOS team includes BIO 311C faculty, graduate teaching assistants, and undergraduate peer mentors, who will be conducting the different sessions each day. Students are expected to participate in the bootcamp during the following times:

| Friday | August 24 | 8:00 am – 5:30pm |
| Saturday | August 25 | 8:00 am – 5:00pm |
Each day of the UT BIOS workshop will include several different activities. Over the course of four days, students will experience
- 6 class lectures taught by BIO 311C faculty,
- 1 special guest lecture,
- 3 discussion section meetings led by graduate teaching assistants,
- 5 sessions on learning strategies and student resources,
- time for individual studying and small group interactions,
- 2 hour-long college exams,
- opportunities to learn about undergraduate research,
- and lunch with all the fall BIO 311C faculty!
