Fees

You must register for UT BIOS by July 27^th at 11:59pm.

The registration fee includes the following:

• bootcamp cost
• free Biology Course Packet
• free iClicker
• lunch and refreshments daily
• dinner on August 22^nd

Fees and Payment

Click here to register! You will need a credit card to check out. Late registration is available from July 28^th to August 10^th for an additional surcharge of $50. Additional fees will apply for housing; please check the housing page for more information.

Registration Fee: $250

Late Registration Fee: $300

You must pay in full to reserve a spot when you register. Admission is open from June 4^th – July 27^th on a first come basis. Late registration will be available from July 28^th – August 10^th with an addition surcharge of $50 (total: $300). A limited number of fee waivers are available on a need basis. Please see the FAQs page to determine if you are eligible. All fee waivers have been issued. See the FAQs page for more information.

Refunds

If you are admitted and decide not to attend, the last day to withdraw with a partial refund of $200 is July 27^th (Friday) at 11:59pm. After this date, no requests for refunds will be processed. If your application is not approved by UT BIOS staff (for example, if you do not meet the eligibility requirements), you will receive a full refund.
